Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RemindMeBot (remindmebot.net). By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Free Tier
RemindMeBot offers a free plan with core reminder features. We encourage you to try the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription to ensure the Service meets your needs.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- First-time subscribers — If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
- Duplicate charges — If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same period, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
- Service failure — If the Service is materially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period and we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date.
- Partial months or unused time on a subscription.
- Dissatisfaction beyond the 7-day refund window.
- Downgrades between plans (you may switch at the end of your billing cycle).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@remindmebot.net with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A brief explanation of your request.
We will review your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. Chargebacks filed without attempting to contact us first may result in account suspension.
