I didn't receive my reminder email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder — reminder emails sometimes get filtered there. Add noreply@remindmebot.net to your contacts or address book to prevent this. If you still can't find it, email us with the details of your reminder.

How do I delete a reminder or my account?

You can manage all your reminders from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, email us at privacy@remindmebot.net and we'll process your request within 48 hours.

Is the service really free?

Yes! The free plan lets you set up to 50 active reminders with email delivery. We also offer a Pro plan with unlimited reminders and SMS fallback for users who need more.
